Guided by Catarina Gomes, this activity provided the young participants with practical training in various fundamental animation techniques.

Throughout the workshop, participants learned the storyboarding process and the art of creating cardboard props to bring their creative ideas to life. As a culmination of their efforts, they worked on animating an enchanting depiction of a swim in the sea with their original characters.

In this 19th edition, ANIMar proposed a program focusing on Portuguese cinema, which included an exhibition, film screenings, and various guided tours, as well as themed workshops by Solar - Cinematic Art Gallery.
